Exceptional location, suitable equipment and a helpful host for any unexpected event

Lovely private stay with great amenities including large TV with possibility to cast and watch via apps. Mercadona supermarket is just opposite with everything you need. Close to a natural area where we walked our dog + close to Pink Lake. All in all, a lovely place to vacation if you're into relaxation.

The apartment is clean, functional and very well located, close to the port on foot. It is located on the ground floor and has a large outdoor terrace. Sergi was very responsive in communication. I recommend this place.

My wife and I needed a quiet place, in the middle of nature but inside a small hamlet, and Gabriel's cabin brought together the features we were looking for. In addition, many walks could be taken from right there, no need to take the car. We had a really nice few days!

we had a perfect weekend the kids enjoyed a lot on the trampoline and we were very comfortable enjoying the river views the house was super clean and very comfortable the truth above close to where we live gave us a lot of ease to find us at home thank you Alberto and Juan Carlos the keeper of the estate

We had a wonderful weekend. Daniel was very kind and very attentive to us. He sent us many recommendations to visit. The place also has everything, you have no choice but to have fun. But it was also a very quiet environment for walking and resting. Highly recommended!

I stayed for a month in this really cozy and super clean apartment. It is equipped with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. It is located almost in the town center so everything you might need is on the next corner so to speak. La Mata is a small town but it has much to offer, beautiful nature and beach, relaxed atmosphere, nice restaurants and cafés, pescadería, carnecería, frutería, some panederías etc. Daniel was a great host, attentive and easy to communicate with and he even arranged a lift for me from Alicante. I highly recommend this place. Five stars.

Very relaxing Lovely beaches Great apartment

We have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in the last 6 years and this is by far the best we have visited. The attention to detail was outstanding, the appartment was luxurious and the views from the veranda to die for! Easy reach to the Odesa National Park, fantastic for outdoor pursuits. Ellie, who lives on site, was an excellent host, attentive and informative, and was always available if we needed her.

I've always come to torrevieja from as young as I can remember. This was my first time staying in a Airbnb and it was definitely the best experience I've had since being a Airbnb customer. It was in a great location the place felt like home. Plus side is the swimming pool.. very hard to find one that is open most of the year. the amenities were brillant too, could cook a lovely meal instead of going our. Bar Carlos is just round the corner again which I've been going to since I was a young kid. thank you so much will deffo recommend and stay again!!

We have been very comfortable in this apartment. We felt at home. I really liked the creativity in the decoration, very original. It has everything you need to spend a few days without needing to think about what is missing to be like in your own home. A garden with trees and space to be cool. Close to pond and downtown. Muuuy recommended

Very good stay as a family, very pleasant apartment, clean and well-equipped. The residence is very calm and well secured. The pool and lagoon are the plus to have a great vacation. I highly recommend it. Thanks to Tania and her team for hosting and for being responsive.

You are not aware of how beautiful the site is until you arrive and see it with your own eyes, I prefer not to spoile but it is worth it. We were an end of rain to be quiet and enclosed with the fireplace as a family, and nothing further, since we arrived we did not stop to browse and visit things and be with the animals and in nature, despite the mud and rain, that we were already prepared (important, it is a rural place, dress accordingly) And they were super attentive with us, we were very comfortable, looking forward to coming back.

The house is really nice, cozy, it's just as seen in the photos, the truth is that it was a wonderful experience in Silvia's house, I recommend it 100%. Thanks Silvia.

Maria & Francisco were the perfect hosts. They made us feel right at home & helped very promptly when we locked ourselves out half way through our stay! Their property is fantastic - much better than the photos show. The locality was quiet, but the centre of this small town with some nice bars & restaurants is easily walkable. As is the Iznajar Dam & Belda Caves. We had a great week long holiday here in November. Hopefully we will be back.

My stay at this place was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the owners stood out for their kindness and hospitality. They were incredibly attentive to every detail, making sure we felt comfortable and welcome at all times. The space was impeccable, perfectly decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. But what really made the difference was the close and personalized treatment of the hosts. They were always available with small gestures, such as welcoming us with a courtesy detail and regularly checking if we needed anything, they made our experience even more special. Definitely, this is a place that I would recommend without hesitation, not only for the quality of the accommodation, but for the warmth of the people who manage it.

David’s place was amazing and a highlight of our trip. The house was beautiful, great views from everywhere, and lots of cool towns nearby to explore. Plenty to explore and see just on the property with the olive trees and david and his family were wonderful to meet. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We would highly recommend to anyone and we would happily stay again but much longer next time!

Everything was great, we spent three days with the family like at home

Argentina’s cottage is lovely stone house close by the river Tea. Great for walking with my dogs and the views along the river are just magical. There are good spots for swimming, I just wish I had come prepared. The cottage is nice and cool when it was hot outside and when it was a bit cooler in the evening the pellet heater worked really well . Argentina and her husband are lovely people were very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to see. We can’t wait to come back again

We stayed for a weekend and it was great. Everything was taken care of, nothing was missing. Patri is super friendly and helpful. You can enjoy it a lot in winter with the fireplace and the BBQ. Breakfast on the terrace is a luxury!
