The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. It is strategically located between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia and a few kilometers from the highway exit, useful for reaching the main cultural, food and wine and landscape centers of Umbria. It is also located in a position sheltered from the chaos of the nearby town where there are bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, and pharmacies, to spend days in total relaxation with family or friends.

Casale Monticchio- The Gaggia house, 6 to 8 guests

This 180 sqm apartment is made up from the main part of the Gaggia family home. The house was built around the 1920’s and unusually the main room was on the ground. The focal point was the large fireplace which had two bench seats within its structure. Severely damaged in the past, we made it a priority while restoring the property. The largest alteration required was to creating new staircases which we did in a stable at the back of the property which now has 3 meters high mirror.

The most surprising thing about this Villa with 5 double bedrooms is the terrace, an idyllic place to relax, where you can spend long summer evenings sipping good wine in company listening to the relaxing flow of water from the fountain. The pool overlooks Todi, thus creating a unique atmosphere.

It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.
