WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the amazing nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There's also a sauna in connection with the lake. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city center. There are 2 km to Pizzaria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

On your way to the garden house, you have to go through our lovely garden, you can walk around our pond, enjoy all our beautiful flowers and plants, we won the garden company's garden prize 2024 The house is decorated with wood on the walls, small bathroom with shower, kitchen and direct access to the orangery where you are welcome to sit and enjoy or eat. The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you wish and come here. Wine and tapas can be purchased

Relax in this unique, cozy, romantic home, where there are plenty of opportunities for peace and pampering. The house is located in a cozy village, is from 1850 with a thatched roof, 84 sqm, on two floors and with a nice enclosed garden. Decorated so the style fits the house, with small sweet furniture and lots of knick-knacks, most of them recycled. not quite like the old town,😉 but almost. An experience for you who appreciate peace and coziness in a different home, with the sweetest and most beautiful garden.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Enjoy some relaxing days in peace and quiet. We look forward to meeting you.
