Good, new beds, down comforters, air dried cotton linens, good soaps, the best linen. Pretty much all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, almost 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, it has its quirks, maybe a little bump. It's a house that's lived in.
