Vacation rentals with a pool in Srima

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Wir, eine siebenköpfige Familie, waren für zehn Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Wohnungen, die wir gemietet hatten sind sehr modern, schick und in einem außerordentlich guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gastfreundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was uns Anfangs etwas irritiert hat war, dass die beiden Wohnungen keine Verbindung untereinander haben. Das hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm, haben aber eine für uns gute Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell in Split oder in Trogir und alles was man braucht ist in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußläufig sind auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Meer und eine sehr gute und günstige Bäckerei sind direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort nochmal buchen.

Toni war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren zu 10. dort. Die Unterkunft ist 15 Minuten von Zadar entfernt - Uber kommen (98% der Fälle). Sonst ist in dem Dorf praktisch nichts, aber für Tage am wunderschönen Pool perfekt! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß!

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren traumhaft. Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Personen da. Es gibt zwei getrennte Häuser. In einem haben wir Eltern geschlafen, in dem anderen unsere Kinder. Es gibt eine Boccia-Bahn mit Beleuchtung, so dass man auch spielen kann wenn es dunkel ist. Der Pool ist super und groß. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und hat zwei Möglichkeiten: einmal zum kleinen Hafen des Ortes und auf der anderen Seite in eine Bucht. Auf beiden Seiten sind schöne Badestellen zu finden. Marjan ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit allen möglichen Tipps geholfen und auf Nachrichten immer sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Snjeza is een super aardige host. Hij reageert snel op vragen en erg leuk dat hij eigen olijfolie en groente uit zijn eigen tuin ter beschikking stelt. Heerlijk huis. Door het lekkere weer veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Ook het sportveld was super leuk! Vanuit het huis kan je veel activiteiten goed bereiken. Leuke afwisseling tussen fijn ‘thuis’ blijven en erop uit gaan!

Dafne and Mario are wonderful hosts, you can really tell how much love they’ve put in their hacienda. Highly recommend this stay for everyone looking for a relaxing time in a very beautiful and peaceful island and with everything you might need for a fun time. The outdoor kitchen and pool area are the real heart of the property, very well equipped, with stunning views. Indoor spaces are not too spacious but very practical with all the necessities. Car is needed to move around, the beaches are close by, there is a supermarket at 300mt, biking could be also an option. Sport dedicated spaces are amazing.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Hyggelig opphold i en flott leilighet. Vi hadde leiebil og var glad for at vi hadde dette. bassenget klarte ikke å holde varm nok temperatur på denne årstiden. Meget hyggelige utleiere.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Elena's place is fantastic. It's the second time we've stayed, we had the 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed and the double room off the courtyard, perfect for a family of four and my mum. Courtyard is lovely to sit out in and private. Pool is brilliant to cool down in, the boys loved it. Location is brilliant for bars, restaurants and the front. The place is spotless and has lots of character. Definitely recommend.

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Tomislav. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de slaapbank, dat hadden we beter op voorhand even aan kunnen geven. We hebben ook heerlijk buiten genoten van het terras. Je bent vanuit hier zo op het strand, waar toen wij er waren de zee nog prima van temperatuur was om in te zwemmen. Zwemschoenen of iets aan je voeten is wel belangrijk. De bus is fijn dichtbij en als je op voorhand je kaartjes koopt heel goedkoop.

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !

Le propriétaire est très accueillant, la maison est tres bien placée, très propre et fonctionnelle, dans un endroit calme avec une superbe vue. Une crique magnifique est a 1 minute a pied. A quelques minutes en voiture il y a une zone touristique avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin ( restaurants, bars, commerces…. ). Seule chose dont il faut faire attention, si vous etes 4 ou moins vous louez qu’une seule maison et pas les 2, dans ce cas là l’extérieur et la piscine peuvent être partagés avec d’autres personnes dans l’autre maison.

My family and I had a great time here! We were 6 adults and two small kids. The play area was great for the kids and there was also a nice sitting area outside for the adults. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. It showed that the owners put much effort into making the house feel welcoming and cozy. The kitchen was big enough and we had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this vacation house for families with kids.

Die Unterkunft sah fast genau so wie sie auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde. Das obere Bad wurde allerdings erneuert und sah somit anders aus, aber sehr gut! Es war alles super ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche hatte wirklich alles, was man brauchte. Die Größe war super für 4 Personen. Die airbnb‘lerin war mega lieb und hat sich vor unserer Abfahrt noch einmal erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Biograd. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit den Vermieter. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen und der Pool ist auch sehr gut. Der Strand ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gutes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Rundherum sehr gelungen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und unglaublich sauber – man hätte wirklich vom Boden essen können, so ordentlich war alles. Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich – die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Es gab wirklich nichts, worüber man sich beschweren könnte. Wir waren im April dort und konnten den Pool leider noch nicht nutzen, aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, wenn es wärmer ist. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft!

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. Thanks Anna for everything
