Bungalow vacation rentals in St. Johns County

Great stay just north of historic downtown and walking distance to a great coffee shop and dessert shop. Host was very responsive and helped accommodate some of our groups more specific needs. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, walkable to downtown. Backyard was nice and good size. The house was a good size for a couple or small family. I think it would be tight for 2 couples since bedrooms are small. One had a small closet but no room for suitcases. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Other bedroom also was laundry room. Did have a dresser. Wasn’t really any room in kitchen to put food except for refrigerator. They provided Netflix too which was a bonus! Overall a nice place to stay.

Martie’s place is perfect for a relaxing beach stay in a quiet neighborhood. Only a short walk to the beach with no stairs! We love all the unique artistic touches. The unit is well supplied, the beds are very comfy and the back yard is great! Martie is very responsive to any needs and is readily available. We’ll be back next year!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! Jen and Josh as hosts were absolutely incredible and proactive in communicating with us, ensuring we had all the information we needed before and during our stay. They're extremely friendly and made us feel welcome during our entire stay. The house itself is amazing. It is beautifully decorated and we particularly loved the addition of live plants inside. The attention to detail in the decor really elevated our experience and made the space feel like a home away from home. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for the communication by the hosts as well as the warm hospitality, and amazing interior. It's clear that the host takes great pride in providing a great experience for their guests. We can't wait to return!

There is incredible attention to detail at this beautiful Bungalow, and our hosts were immediately responsive to any of our questions. The bedrooms are small, but plenty of storage for clothes. Mattress's can often be an issue in rentals, but the beds are extremely comfortable. Great kitchen and living room with a large screen TV. But the real star of these units is the saltwater pool and the backyard. Very quiet and lovely. Loved the fact there is outdoor seating in the front and the back of the unit. Easy walk to the Fountain of Youth, the fort, and restaurants and shopping in old St. Augustine. It is also a very quick drive to Vilano Beach. This ranks with the best of the best AirBnB's we ever rented, and I hope to book this unit again in the future.

Fantastic place, cute and cozy, small but not at all cramped. Cute decor. Great outdoor space (several options of places to sit in the beautiful garden). The best thing tho was the location, which was perfect — very close to both “downtown” and “uptown” attractions, lots of great restaurants, bakeries, and delightful shops, and everything was walkable! (Which was lucky bc my rental car fell through… but I didn’t miss it at all.) The street is very pretty and felt completely safe. Everything was charming! James responded right away to questions and was very helpful. I loved my stay and hope to be back soon.

Carlos' place was wonderful. Smooth check in, cool locale, walkable, fun, close to adventures but very peaceful. Homey, but clean and functional. Nice shower, great bathtub, comfy beds and bedding, huge TV, all the comforts and amenities of home. Carlos was vert responsive, reliable, and easy to talk to. Definitely 5 star experience!

This was our third visit and we're already looking forward to a fourth.
