Beautiful location right by Seljesanden, put on your slippers and take a swim in the sea. Children under 6 years free of charge. Experience the magical light in Stady The house is partially renovated, living room, kitchen, bedroom on the 1st floor. Built in 1952. Some places are old. Beautiful garden and walking distance to shops and pub. The bathroom in the basement does not have a working toilet. We have a small toilet on the main floor. The new bathroom in the basement has heating cables, shower, and dryer. If you rent, you have to clean up after yourself. We don't have a washing machine

Jogarden

Newly renovated timber house from 1893 in peaceful surroundings centrally located in Leikanger. Stadlandet is known for its magnificent nature, chalk-white beaches, waves, great hiking terrain and changing weather. Here you can combine an active holiday with peace and quiet. The house is located 200 meters from the shop, pub, hairdresser, coffee bar, bakery, restaurant and hotel. If you want activity you will find a tennis court, football stadium, activity track at the school, pump track and playground 500 meters from the house. Stadplattået with great mountain walks right by.

Sea cottage with idyllic views

Modern and rich cabin by the sea on the rich Sandsøya. Family-friendly place where adults and children thrive. Large furnished outdoor areas. Try your luck at fishing from the jetty and bridges. Canoe and children's kayak. Great opportunities for cycling and mountain tours (Rinden 369 masl) where you can see sea eagles and enjoy the view of the ocean. Waterborne heating in the floor. Fire in the fireplace or in the fire pan outside. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a gas grill. Long table for 12 inside. Satellite TV. Grocery store and restaurant nearby.

Cottage by the lake

Nice cabin right by the sea with good sun conditions. Boat with motor can be rented for an additional fee. The cabin is located in a very nice area in the middle of Sunnmørsalpane. Great opportunities for hiking in the mountains in summer and winter, and fishing in the fjord. Nice starting point for day trips to, among other things, the bird mountain Runde, Ålesund and Geiranger. There is plenty of space for 8 people in the cabin, but for ski tourists we want to rent to max 6 people. Not suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility.

Beach apartment with unique view

Welcome to the beach house at the end of Ervik - at the foot of Vestkapp. Here you can enjoy the sound of the waves and fresh sea air with unique views of the endless sea, surrounded by spectacular mountains and nature. From the window sill you can watch the surfers in the waves or study the eagle hovering down steep mountain slopes. From here you can almost jump straight into the sea with a wetsuit and surfboard. Right outside the door you can follow hiking trails to the viewpoint on Hushornet, spectacular Hovden or take the tour around Ervikvatnet.

Kystperle

Great place to vacation both in glorious summer weather and in autumn storms. A stone's throw to the shore and small boat harbor, and a few minutes walk to Hakallegarden visitor farm (check websites), and the beach Sandviksanden. The Hakalle staircase is located right above the cabin, and gives amazing views of the sea and the nearest islands. Perfect starting point for day trips to Vestkapp, Runde, Geiranger, Loen, Ålesund, etc... Approximately 300 meters to the grocery store with everything you need. Electric car charging available in town.

Beautiful cabin with a fantastic view of Larsnes, the boathouse and the shoreline. An excellent two-storey holiday home by the sea, with a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Large, lovely terraces in the outdoor area with great sunshine. A short distance to the centre of Larsnes. Many trips in the local area, and a short drive to Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda. The place can be a base for exploring a fantastic local area with well-known destinations such as Alfoten, Nordfjordeid (Handelssenter), Horningdal ski centre, Loen ski lift, Oldenvatnet, Briksdalsbreen, Måløy, Refviksanden, Ervik/Hoddevik, Kalvåg, etc.

The old firehouse that is rigged for late evening hours with live fire in the fireplace is an experience in itself. There is also a sauna that can be enjoyed. The place is undisturbed and close to the lake. There is a private beach that is secluded. There are also opportunities to meet the animals on a modern farm that is located right next to it.
