The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The approximately 200-year-old farmhouse is located at the entrance to the village of Platjenwerbe, directly on the state border with Bremen. On the 3500 m² property, which is surrounded by old oaks, there is plenty of space to linger, play and relax. You have the entire attic of the house to yourselves. There are three CATS (Mieke, Erwin and Kurt) living with us on the lower floor. They might come to see you if the door is open.

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.
