The apartment is comfortable, with space suitable for our family of 4. All environments are well lit. The view of the room allows you to admire the Guaíba, the sunrise and the sunset. Very nice. Bairrowood, and the apartment is very close to supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and other shops. The staff of the concierge always very kind. We are all satisfied.

The place is spacious and very neat. It has spacious spaces for the whole family. Swimming pool and beachfront home. Nearby amenities. I recommend it for summer for the type of beach. Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat

Ana was very considerate and receptive. The house is beautiful, wonderful and cosy. I went with my grandmother who is elderly and she was able to enjoy the beach a lot, since the house is right in front. We'll definitely be back next year.

Our stay at José Liovane's place was super quiet. The very spacious, organized and clean house. Very well equipped. He was helpful and always responded quickly, giving tips on the places we should know and even the supplies we needed. Super and recommend and we'll be back when we can.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!
