The listing offers GREAT value for money! The location is good, close to the mall, there is a grocery store at the corner and a gym and pharmacy 3-5min away walking, and "dirty cup" bars about 10 minutes walking, good for cheap beer and watching soccer game. The hosts, Mrs. Flora and her husband are super-atentious, polite and inviting, but they don't invade the guest space! It was very quiet to stay on site and I will come back more often!!

I had an amazing stay at Casa Bougainville. The house was spotless and the garden was beautiful. Sonia and Ronaldo were outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The welcome flowers were a lovely touch.
