Linnunrata Glamping

Stay in a beautiful valley surrounded by oat fields and horse pastures. Still, it's only about 20 minutes to the airport! Here, you can admire deer by the evening fire and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong or the clucking of chickens. Three sheep will also move next to the tent for the summer, and we also have chickens that will keep you company during your visit. How would you like morning coffee in the company of sheep in a pasture or an omelette made directly from eggs picked from the nest? Welcome to rural Espoo!

Situated in a quiet courtyard, beside a handy Italian restaurant (noise isn't an issue due to the position of the building) and only 5 miles from lake Ullswater.A comfortable, spacious living space, with two king size bedrooms and one comfy double. First floor bathroom with over bath shower, The top floor bedroom has en-suite shower room. As the house is reached via stairway it is sadly unsuitable for less able travellers.

We are in easy traveling distance to whitewater rafting, kayaking both flat water and whitewater, fly fishing rivers, gem mining, zip lining, horseback riding, Deep Creek tubing, river tubing , The Appalachian Trail, hiking trails, waterfalls, Smoky Mountain Train excursions, Cherokee attractions/casino, Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, Elk viewings and Biltmore Estate in Asheville.
