This will WOW most as it has been restored back to its former 1930's glory from her "Rose Du Barry" bathroom to her vintage operational kitchen. Located in the midst of everything downtown and within walking distance to Shops, Cafés, Wineries, Restauraunts, Antiques, State Historic Sites, and Sainte Genevieve National Historic Park. A short drive to Nearby hiking in State Parks, golfing, wineries and our water park. Self check-in. (For the curious) You may see Halloween props in the basement

Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fully fenced with a gated entrance offering privacy, a fire pit, covered patio, and large deck. The city park is located next door with a private acces gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.

It has one bedroom with a queen bed/pillow top mattress & one full size sleeper sofa (in the living room) with 4” memory foam mattress and luxury linens. The full bathroom includes a luxury rainfall shower head, deluxe linens and a washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked! Free wi-fi! The Caamp

The Caamp located directly across the road from The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing and Pebble Creek provides a close and convenient place to stay along with a breath taking view of the upper Coffman valley. The Caamp is also very close to Chaumette and Charleville. If outdoor adventure is what you seek The Caamp serves as a great landing zone to explore nearby attractions like Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park. Nestled just 5 blocks from downtown Farmington, you will find a cozy brick home on 1/3 acre with a wrap around driveway. Inside are lovely white oak and pine floors, arched doorways and a wood fireplace. Unique and one of a kind decor will help create a memorable visit for you. Wilson Rosier Park is just 2 minutes from the Cottage with Tennis, basketball and other sports. If you prefer trails and a play area for children, Engler Park is only 2 miles away.
