The apartment was newly renovated/redesigned in 2023. In the past, this heritage-protected building was a stable. As a result, the building has a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. Beautiful quiet and centrally located apartment in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. This is a basement apartment with terrace and garden. There is a free parking space in front of the house. The apartment has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 hallway, 1 small bathroom with toilet, 1 large bathroom with wellness shower. There are 2 more private rooms in the apartment (heating system and pantry) that are closed. The owner lives in the same house above the apartment.

Vacation in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt we are close to the North Sea. Parking is available right next to the entrance. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.
