The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Beautifully renovated apartment on the ground floor with two terraces with several seating areas. Living room and kitchen in one with a brand new kitchen and all the kitchen equipment you need. Delicious sofa group with electric fireplace for extra comfort. Dining table with plenty of space. Everything fits together and is brand new. Large lovely windows with door to lovely morning terrace on one side and lovely covered terrace with dining area and beautiful lounge area on the other. New bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house, there is the most beautiful view over fields and forests and a lot of fantastic nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the frame of a kitchen and a large living room with fantastic views. Both rooms have access to the garden. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On the landing is a TV room, table and toilet. There are beds for 9 people, but more can be made up.
