A year-round house by the ponds with direct access to one of them. Located in a picturesque, quiet area. They are located on a private, spacious plot along with a gazebo with a barbecue. The house has two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and 4 bedrooms. A tennis court, billiards table, ping pong table, playground and bicycles are available for exclusive use. There are additional fees for the sauna and balia (Jacuzzi).

Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
