A nice piece of happiness for you! In Windheim an der Weser, we were able to preserve a piece of the “healing world” for people who like the “simply good”. In addition to the historic farmstead Windheim No2 (https://windheimno2.de/) with the Westf. Storchenmuseum, we have restored a small house, "Dat Lüttke Hues." It offers pure idyll! 2 bedrooms for max. 4 people, a bright bathroom, central heating, a living room with wood-burning stove, adjoining open kitchen and exit to the garden with seating.

Quiet in a central location

From the courtyard with the parking space you can access the furnished terrace (20 m²) barrier-free via the ramp and from there to the ground floor (56 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m lying surface). On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

Crib, washing machine and garage on request. Various seating options invite you to linger. The terrace is in front of the kitchen, the large lawn invites you to play and relax. A variety of excursions in the area are waiting to be explored by you: Klosterwald, Steinhuder Meer, golf course, dinosaur park.

The apartment also has a new 22 m² roof terrace/sun terrace with 1 table & 4 chairs as well as an idyllic view of the countryside. The house is situated in rural and quiet surroundings - time to switch off & enjoy!

In the same house you will find another apartment for 3-4 people from us. The proximity to the beautiful city of Minden and the city of Bückeburg invites you to beautiful excursions. You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Living in the (tiny) house - idyll in Crane Land!

Relaxed, quiet atmosphere for stargazers! Idyllic garden house on former farm in a very quiet location. Ideal for cyclists and country lovers, far away from cities and villages. In good weather, stargazers can admire the Milky Way, as the view is so clear at night. During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.
