At roughly 900 sq. ft., it has all the character of a 150-year-old home with today’s modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Tucked away on a quiet hillside, it's easy to forget that you are mere steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities and events and minutes away from exploring Nevada's high desert landscape. You will feel right at “home on The Comstock” in this cozy cottage.

Quiet home that is close to everything. Spacious master (with work space), 2 guest rooms with queen beds, high ceilings, Piano, TVs with Netflix and Disney+, and big patio. This is a very spacious and well-maintained property. The vaulted ceilings help the rooms feel extra spacious and the neighborhood is quiet, yet a quick drive to everything you may want and need. Guests have access to the whole house, beautiful backyard, and spacious garage (which includes a pool table and ping pong table).

The Little House: a 2 bedroom farmhouse situated just off the main road. Close to the action but far enough away to get some peace. Enjoy scenic views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the front porch while sipping tea or coffee (actual view from porch). This location is great for families and those that want to get away. This house comes with a unique history. The home was originally built in Sparks in the year 1900 and was later moved to Virginia City. Enjoy rustic with some modern amenities.

Little Desert Oasis

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate little home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt. We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you.

Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.
