The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . Sophia’s Beach House is an old family home, right on Stoupa Beach, that is converted into 4 luxurious and spacious apartments. Each has one bedroom, w/c with shower, open plan kitchen and living room. They are fully equipped and have a dish washer and washing machine. There are a/c units in the living rooms and in the bedrooms, along with ceiling fans. The property has a lot of space in the back, with a shared pool and big garden with fruit trees.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
