Vacation rentals with lake access in Strömstad Municipality

Et väldigt fint boende som har ett enastående läge. Det är mysigt inrett och det är lätt att känna sig hemma. Vi trivdes bra helt enkelt.

Fantastic weekend as this dream cabin - we easily fit nine girlfriends and had such a wonderful time! It had everything one needs, and great outdoor facilities as well. We opted for a taxi-boat into the island, and Sara was so helpful in her communication, tips, flexibility and hospitality during the stay. We also used the sauna which had a beautiful view of the sea, and swam all day long. Sara and her husband was so great with planning and ensuring the sauna was hot for us, and flexible and kind. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Great place to stay, good location to visit things on the west coast (train station less than 10 min walk from the house, many nice places reachable within 30 min by car). Excellent house when traveling with kids/babies (many games, trampoline, sandbox, …). 2 comfortable double bedrooms + 1 bedroom for kids. Cecilia was really reactive when we had questions and provided useful information about the activities to do in the area! We strongly recommend this house!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in dem Haus am See! Danke, Maria & Klaus für diesen tollen Urlaub und dem sehr guten Kontakt während des Aufenthalts! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, für jede Wetterlage bietet das Haus/Grundstück etwas, so dass es einem nur mit sehr viel Mühe langweilig werden kann. :-) Der See ist wirklich toll, egal ob Kanu/Boot fahren, angeln, schwimmen oder sonstige Aktivitäten. Auch die Umgebung ist atemberaubend schön und alles andere als langweilig. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.. von Ritzungen in Felswänden, tollen Wanderwegen, Naturreservaten, der schönen Schärenküste und Wasserfällen ist alles dabei. Einkaufen und tanken kann man 10minuten entfernt - trotzdem hat man in dem Haus das Gefühl von "weit weg" und "in Ruhe sein", dadurch das es direkt am See und etwas tiefer gelegen ist, was wir wirklich klasse fanden! Wir haben keinerlei negativ Punkte und können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

En jätte trevlig värd som gav bra instruktioner och ett vänligt bemötande. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks till detta fina och mysiga hus och vackra plats!

We had a short visit over the weekend at the place - which is in an absolute idyllic location - too short time to enjoy all the amazing things it has to offer. Host simply couldn’t be more helpful and pleasent, which made the stay an absolute blast. All facilities are top notch, hosts involvement incredibly professional, which made our experience one to desire repeating. Grateful for everything and eager to return for a longer stay, to get the chance to explore more the surroundings. Many thanks, Emilie & Ken! Your place is trully beautiful and peaceful!

Super schönes helles geräumiges Haus. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht - und mehr 👍 Monica ist außergewöhnlich nett und in jeder Situation behilflich. Absolut enpfehlenswert 👍 Danke Monica.

Fantastiskt hus på en magiskt vacker plats. Lugnt och fridfullt. Hemtrevligt och rymligt hus med fin trädgård och uteplats.

Fantastiskt fint boende, rent och fräscht, gångavstånd till centrum och hamnen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger und grüner Umgebung. Badesteg in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufszentrum mit Lebensmittelladen in ca. 10 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Die Küche ist klein, jedoch mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Für Familien interessant: In der Nähe zum Haus gibt es eine Wiese mit kleinem Spielplatz und zwei Fussballtoren. Oscar ist ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Er hat in kürzester Zeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und sofort ausgeholfen, als wir etwas gebraucht haben. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit hier. Vielen Dank für alles, Oscar!

Thomas is such a friendly host! The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and a pleasant to use. The bed is also very comfy. We have our own outdoor seating where we can catch the evening sun, eat dinner outside or have a glass of cava. Definitely will stay again.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Gerne wieder!

Jättetrevligt boende med ett välutrustat kök, fräscha rum och möbler. Snabb och tydlig kommunikation med värden som är mycket trevlig. Bostaden ligger nära till både strand, centrum och lätt att ta sig runt till närliggande orter.

Een unieke locatie met werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht. Voorkant uitzicht op een rustige haven, achterkant gelegen tegen fantastisch natuurgebied met privéstrand en waar de oesters en krabbetjes voor het oprapen liggen. Een prachtige woonruimte waar we goed mee uit de voeten konden met onze 3 kinderen( leeftijd van 9 tm 13 jaar). Heel gastvrije ontvangst. kortom een super tijd gehad! Een echte aanrader.

Byliśmy tutaj drugi raz i było cudownie. Gospodarze zawsze szybko odpowiadają, dają dobre wskazówki i zapewniają miły pobyt. Bardzo polecam ☺️

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus ist wie eine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Es fehlt an nichts. Toll ist der eigene Steg 20 Schritte entfernt und die Nutzung des Bootes. Wir haben uns bei Ninni sehr wohl gefühlt.

En liten hus perfekt for å tilbringe noen dager alene eller som par. Det er sant det andre gjester har sagt om at kjøleskapet er støyende, men det er til å leve med. Stedet var veldig rent da jeg kom, og verten var veldig vennlig. Jeg kommer tilbake hvis jeg er i området igjen :)

Fantastiskt boende i en magisk och avslappnande miljö. Huset har allt! Nära till natur, sevärdheter, restauranger och bra shopping.

Die 5 Tage in Marias schwedischen Häuschen waren wirklich schön. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und der große Garten direkt am Waldrand war wirklich idyllisch. Man muss sich erstmal darauf einstellen, dass man das Wasser aus dem Nachbarhaus holt und dort auch die Toilette und das Bad sind, aber das war auch so beschrieben und hat irgendwie was. Maria war sehr sympathisch und hat uns viele Utensilien für unseren kleinen Sohn extra bereitgestellt. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

The time we spent in this place was wonderful. On the first day, we met Jenny, who told us what to expect in the area. We encountered a moose and organized a quick walk to the lake. A very pleasant detail was the small treats left by the owner. The following days were filled with family trips around the area, boating, campfires, and visits to the nearby town. Over these few days, we managed to relax, and we left the area with reluctance.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We spent 1 week in July. The house is well equipped and makes you feel st home. It has a nice location with. We enjoyed the Island feel at Rossö. Nice Harbour in walking distance and nice walks at e.g Kockholmen. Rossö is also nicely placed for daytrips and there are so many things to enjoy. We experienced walk at Saltö, trip to Svinesundbroen, Frederiksten fortress in Halden, älgfossen, blomsholm, petroglyphs in Tanum. If you like to hike there are many lovely places. We had most communication with Elisabeths parents which were very kind and helpful. Can very much be recommended!

We had a wonderful week in Görans beautiful house by Lindön Bay. The sight from the living room or the terrace is fantastic.. We loved to swim or to paddle in the bay. We went out fishing with Göran, who showed us how to catch some mackerels. We took our mountainbikes to the island and had a nice tour to Kalvö and Trossö. Göran and his Family were very friendly and helpful hosts . We would love to come back!
