2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Very easy access to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 min. you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "stables" (stairs) away from the house. The half altitude gives you a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.
