The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

A spacious apartment on the ground floor awaits you. Very quiet location near S-Bahn (10 min walk). From here you can reach the city center, the exhibition center and the airport. The apartment consists of a bright living and sleeping room with double bed, couch and a TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you can access your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space.

Ein 160 cm Bett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Bad stehen zur Verfügung, sowie eine private Terrasse. Das Studio eignet sich perfekt für zwei Personen, und mit dem bequemen Schlafsofa können auch bis zu vier Personen gemütlich untergebracht werden.

Top renovated one-bedroom apartment with separate entrance and private sun terrace. A light-flooded room with a small kitchen and separate natural light bathroom. Very easy access to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 min. you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "stables" (stairs) away from the house. The half altitude gives you a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.
