The place is one of the best and most beautiful stays I ever had! Well positioned, beautiful surroundings, walkable distance to pretty and calm hikes, close to the city by car, a lot to visit, do and see around! Although we had not had time to do much, as the place itself offers so many amenities… there are so many things to do around: monasteries and the citadel of Suceava visits, horse riding, amazing food and others. The hosts were just wonderful! Very carrying, proactive, clear in their instructions and greatly responsive! Alex and Adi were fantastic, and Evie, the little one, was a joy to meet ☺️! Would 100% stay again, and would strongly recommend it to anyone, from families to groups of friends!

Aura made us feel very welcome. We were a group of 10, with children, everyone with different needs and questions, which Aura answered promptly. It’s worth knowing the cabin is on a busy main national road, giving it great access to the whole area; the traffic sound is audible from the property. The cabin is situated next to a car demolition site, with shells of old cars, and construction works are taking place on the fields on top and below the house. So the beautifully designed building is not as remote and tranquil as it might appear from the photographs, which was a little disappointing. However, the cabin has great bbq facilities, jacuzzi and sauna. We were particularly thankful for Aura sending someone to turn the wood heating system on late in the evening, when the children were cold. The children were also super excited at Aura’s generosity sending local delicacies for breakfast.

Casa Strabunicului este locul ideal pentru grupuri de familii cu copii. Curatenia este absoluta, ai la dispozitie tot ce ai nevoie intr-o casa. Gazdele primitoare 🙂

Locatie superba. Gazda primitoare. Probabil cand ninge este un piesaj de poveste. Paturile foarte comode. Un mare plus pentru detalii: gasiti farfuri, pahare, tacamuri, cuptor, gratar, masina pentru cafea, cuptor microunde, cuptor clasic si o mare varietate de jocuri de societate. Sunt disponibile si boxe pentru muzica, masa de biliard, tenis de masa, loc de aruncat la cos pentru bascket, minge de fotbal ( am vazut si un teren de fotbal dar nu stiu daca e disponibil) gratarul este complet cu toate accesoriile.

★★★★★ A Dream Stay in Vatra Dornei! Our stay at Ionel’s beautiful holiday home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Ionel’s warm hospitality made us feel at home. He made the fire for us every morning and evening, ensuring we were always cozy. The house is incredibly spacious, featuring six large, comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully designed living room, and a charming traditional aesthetic. I especially appreciated the two bedrooms with desks, which gave me the perfect space to work with my laptop and monitor. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so was the walk-in pantry. The outdoor BBQ gazebo was a dream—perfect for cooking and dining with family and friends. Ionel was also kind enough to let us bring our pup, who stayed warm in the entry hall. Every detail was thought out to make our stay exceptional. We truly can’t recommend this place and Ionel as a host enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Appartement très bien aménagé avec toutes commodités (sauf frigo). La terrasse est petite mais agréable. Très proche du centre et du monastère (on entend les chants le matin si on ouvre la fenêtre). Facile de se garer à proximité. Vlad est vraiment très accueillant, et par ailleurs flexible pour l'arrivée. Je recommande.

Acest apartament are o priveliște superba către munți.Este impecabil și foarte frumos. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Șederea noastră a fost foarte plăcută. Locația este foarte primitoare și curată, ușor de ajuns, într-o zonă centrală, liniștită. Gazda este foarte receptiva la nevoile noastre. Curtea este foarte bine îngrijită și mare, oferă condiții de grătar, foișor. Revenim cu mare drag și recomandam și altora.

Locație superbă, curată cu acces facil și parcare lângă bloc. Camere spațioase, bucătărie și baie dotate cu absolut toate cele necesare. Vom reveni cu drag !!

Marian's apartment is a gem! Cozy, clean, and well-appointed, it offers a comfortable stay with all the essentials. The location is perfect, close to shops. The decor is charming, and the bed is incredibly comfy. Marian is a gracious host, ensuring a seamless check-in and providing helpful local tips. Highly recommend!

Amazing place in a quiet area near by the mountain. You will be welcomed at the house bt Elena’s parents, they are very friendly and kind people. Location is good, near by stores/restaurants ( car 10 min ) The apartment have everthing it needs, very clean and plenty of space for 4 people. Truly recommend

Un loc linistit, curat, frumos, modern. Apartamentul e dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, de la cafea, sampon ,gel de dus.... Spatiul de afara e superb ... Totul a fost la superlativ!!!!
