We felt very comfortable in this beautiful loft right from the beginning. The view from the living room and bedroom was stunning! We had plenty of space, a TV with Netflix, a well stocked kitchen and lots of comfort. You can walk to the center in 10 minutes. The check-in was straightforward, the key was handed over to us in person. Communication with the owner was also quick and smooth. When we had a problem with the hot water in the shower, Evannia came to us immediately. It was great stay and we can recommend the host anytime. Thank you!

The apartment is great, it is composed of everything you need for a long or short stay. It is not in the center of the city, you have to walk 15-20 min but it is easy to walk. The host was responsive to every request. The apartment is clean and it must be quiet when there is no work in the building next door.

A great apartment right in the center of Sucre. Extremely spacious rooms. There is enough place in the apartment. All necessities are provided: such as iron, cups, pans, plates, etc. Despite my bus arriving very early, I was still able to check in early. In addition, booking extra days was very easy. Laura's sister, Cathy, helped us drop off the keys and tips for what to do in the area.

Our stay was very pleasant, Milton was always ready to help us in everything we needed. I only have good comments for him and his apartment. Thank you for all the attention.

Very pleasant and cozy apartment. Bigger than it looks in the photo. Very nice host as well. Away from the city center but you are there in 30 minutes on foot and there are buses that pass at the bottom of the apartment

The apartment is very nice and cozy. The area is good, five minutes from the main square. The host was always attentive to any requirement.

Milton was very responsive and helpful, and even let us check in a few hours early when the apartment was ready as we arrived off a night bus. His parents live in one of the other apartments and owned a shop above the apartments and were very helpful and always on hand. The only improvement would’ve been a drying rack for the dishes as we had to lay a towel out on the counter top to let the dishes dry on. Overall a lovely stay.

It was great! We especially liked that everything was so nice and clean. Also the beds, linens, towels, everything was perfect. We were greeted very warmly and kindly by Celia. She was always there for us throughout the stay. Always responded within 2 minutes and made sure we were well. Just because of her and your warmth, we will book this apartment with Paul again on your next visit to Sucre. Thanks again to Celia

Large apartment, very nice and very well located. Just opposite has supermarket, bank (where Xoom transfer can be received), cafeteria, pharmacy, etc. The only thing I can say about the apartment is that there is no heating system. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Our stay in Ximenas flat was wonderful. We wanted some quiet, chill days and for that it was perfect. The balcony‘s a small paradise with morning sun and coffees and the supermarket only a short walk away (although there‘s quite a long stairs to climb). Ximena was very friendly and helpful in general, and she also was of great help when we had to decide how to react to the coup d‘etat that took place just when we wanted to leave for La Paz. She let us stay in the flat for another night for free and provided us with a lot of helpful information.
