The 65 m² apartment features a living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five guests. Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space over 53 square metres, is flooded with light, and is quiet. Located a few hundred metres from the Gemen Youth Castle, it is an ideal starting point for bike tours through the Münsterland park landscape and the NL. Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. There are also two restaurants within walking distance.

Base for peace and nature lovers

Welcome to "De Dwaalgast." On our farm, we produce cider from fruit from our own orchards. On the corner of the farm, you will find the charming double apartment (25 m²). It can be used completely independently. The rural location invites you to watch birds, hike, bike, or quietly read your book on your own terrace. Bake your own bread, and cook your own (mashed) pot or oven dish in the kitchenette. Breakfast at the farm table while enjoying the view.

On the Deäle

Around Winterswijk, nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here, the idyllic streams still wind their way through the small-scale collis landscape with its woods, fields, lanes, wood walls and Scholtengoederen. In the farm "Pasman" (1340 first mentioned as Bovekinck) formerly part of Kasteel het Waliën, we have created a vacation home. Using old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern jacket but with the comfort of today.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. The Grenspeddelaar is located in a special place: there is sometimes commotion, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, holidaymaker or passerby is welcome!
