Best of both worlds: this airy and light, newly renovated private studio is set in a beautiful, secluded backyard/garden. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and acres of green space. Your reservation confirms that you have read "Other Things to Note" in The Space section below and "House Rules" before booking. Guests can only book for themselves. We are 5-7 minutes from the 39 bus and 15 from the Orange line. There is a microwave, fridge, counter and and sink but no stove or cooking options.

Our location is only 1.2 miles from Tuffs University and 2.4 from Harvard University. It is in the middle of North Cambridge, Somerville, and Medford. You could walk to Davis Square or to downtown Arlington and will find plenty of good restaurants and coffee places to explore. It is only 3 minutes to public transportation, bus that connects with Red line in the MBTA subway system. Our residential neighborhood is young and vibrant, and excellent point to explore Boston and surrounding towns.

This is a modern apartment located in the basement of my duplex in Everett, MA. Located just a 20 minute walk from Encore Boston Harbor Casino. This location is also just a 15 minute drive from downtown Boston. This basement studio also has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hot water for making tea which is provided along with light snacks and coffee. There is a desk for laptop.
