The place is meticulously clean and organized, a little coffee nook, front-loaded washer/dryer, it has everything!!! No need to bring shampoo/condition/bodywash, it's all there! Freshly cleaned sheets, towels, beach-towels. We were welcomed with a bouquet of flowers on the dining room table w/ a welcome card; it felt like a 5 star hotel, except even better, the privacy of a home. The keyless entry was so easy; the location was great and in a safe, peaceful/quiet neighborhood!!! Linda & Bill get my FIVE STARS!!! Dr. Trish McDonnell”

The casita offers a private entrance w/smart lock, private bathroom with shower/tub, full size Murphy bed, & a full size pull out sofa sleeper. In addition, a table for 3 and dedicated internet make for a comfortable work setting. We also offer a microwave, small refrigerator & coffee maker. The home has refrigerated air & access to a peaceful private courtyard with multiple seating areas.
What guests are saying:“This was such an incredible stay! Rocio was a delightful host, extremely responsive, and was even willing to work with a slight scheduling conflict that I ended up having. I stayed at the Casita for three nights with my mom while visiting the area for a baby shower. It was easy to find, check in was smooth, plenty of parking, an adorable courtyard (with hummingbirds!), ideally located for what I needed, and a lovely place to retreat to. The Casita had little extra amenities (which was a life saver!) and Rocio even left us some oranges & lemons collected from their own trees. Yum! I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again if ever visiting the area in the future!”

Our home is one mile from downtown Chandler which is loaded with local restaurants, events, music, bars, and shops. The Golden Gate room is a no thrills, simple, and affordable place to rest your head for the night. The room is small (tiny for that matter) but it’s reflected in the affordable price we offer.
