Are you ready to relax at the beach? We have the perfect place. We have a studio apartment room on the 5th floor with 2 queen beds, FREE car parking for one car (they do NOT allow a trailer or RV), FREE Wi-Fi, pool, private access to the beach, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, towels, coffee machine, and TV. We work with self-check-in, which is very easy and comfy for our guests. There is no balcony in this unit. The complex is facing the beach; however, the room does NOT have an ocean view.

Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
