We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, put together, clean and had all the things we needed. Location was great walkable to many amenities at kingsmill. The hosts were very helpful and also allowed us flexibility with checking in.

I have stayed with this host several times, she is always so kind and accommodating! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our short trip to participate in a local running event in Colonial Williamsburg. The condo was spotless and had plenty of amenities! Our host was flexible with our check in and out to accommodate our race plans!

I've stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. Very comfortable private setting with a very well appointed rental. The host Pam is fantastic! I highly recommend staying at the Timberline Ranch.

The Holiday House was perfect for our family visit to the Williamsburg-Yorktown-Jamestown triangle. The location is between Jamestown and Williamsburg with convenient connections to everywhere on the Peninsula. The kitchen is extraordinarily well stocked for preparing meals. Great sleeping arrangement. Lisa is a wonderfully gracious hostess and provided Christmas presents and s'more for the kids. We loved our stay!

We've stayed at this particular condo more 4than once and Gayle has always done everything possible to make our stay wonderful. The location within the property is perfect and having 2 beds in the second bedroom is a big plus for anyone traveling with family!

We had a great stay! The house is a very interesting collection of antiques and reproductions. We were lucky to stay while it was set up for Christmas with the tree in the foyer. And we were able to start each morning with fabulous fires in all 3 fireplaces ( simple gas switches). The ambiance was amazing. If you are planning to cook a lot, bring your own essentials. Some items are missing or not working (only 1 small pan, old can opener , etc). But the home is truly yours to experience. We especially loved sitting at the big dining room table and feeling the history of the Revolutionary War solider who built the home. Take the time to understand the different sections of the house and when they were built. It’s worth it!

We very much enjoyed our first stay in Williamsburg at this location! It was great to have a local coffeeshop within walking distance. Views of the pond were wonderful, and we even saw an eagle from our balcony. The James River is a short walk away and was lovely also. Would recommend!

Sharon's attentiveness and helpfulness created a warm and inviting atmosphere, while her cozy space and the fresh quail eggs in the fridge added a charming touch that I found absolutely delightful.

This bungalow is absolutely perfect for a small family on vacation. The beds were comfy, and the bunk room was perfect to set up a bassinet for our little one. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Home was well decorated and very comfortable to hang out in. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown Williamsburg, and Jessica was very helpful in providing recommendations. Highly recommend!
