Nice and clean apartment in a modern building with everything in walking distance, ideal for long stays.

My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

Tamara’s place is just a street back from the sea front. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and her brother was really helpful in showing us around when we first arrived. Everything you could need is in the apartment including a shaded terrace outside. 5 or so minutes walk to the port area but with restaurants and bars right outside. Great place to stay if you’re planning a visit to Porto Montenegro.

The hosts were great They’re communicating was top class It is a lovely place to stay on the outskirts of town but very cheap taxi fare to centre or nice walk

Thanks for everything! The place is very good. The apartments are excellent. Everything is new and clean. The sea ie nearby and that is the main advantage. Bus service to Budva is good. The old town of Budva is impressive. Thanks for transfer to Tivat! We are very grateful for everything!

We spent 5 days with 4 people in this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The sea is visible from the balcony. All amenities are within walking distance. It is easy to park the car on the street as many spaces are available. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay which is appreciated. I would recommned this property 👍💯

We had a great vacation! The apartments are perfectly located—far enough from the center of Budva and the beautiful island of Sveti Stefan. You can take long walks along the coastline. Everything you need is nearby, yet there’s no noisy city or dense buildings, making it an ideal spot. The apartments are bright and spacious, with everything we could possibly need. Nikolay was very kind and attentive to us. I highly recommend these apartments. The only downside is that there are many steps, which makes access with a stroller a bit difficult.

Had a great stay at the apartment, it looks exactly like the pictures, the view is stunning, the pool area is great and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. We visited in April and as it’s out of summer reason we noticed a few of the beach restaurants hadn’t opened yet, but we walked further up the beach, heading in the direction of Budva and loads were open. We also walked to Budva most days, at first with children we thought that might be quiet a walk, but it’s so beautiful and loads of places to stop along route we really enjoyed going that way. There are many supermarkets near the apartment too, so we found it easy to grab food for the stay too. Would recommend.

Ema's place is perfect!! The beach is literally steps from the property, so many restaurants, walkable to the old town. We didn't want to leave! She communicated so clearly and quickly, highly recommend. The pictures don't do justice to the views and location. Can't say enough good things!

Beautiful place. Right by the water and within walking distance to Tivat town. We loved the view from the balconies as well as the clean pool. Large and good bed. The place is run very efficient and professionally. Close to Tivat airport. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

It was difficult to get into the space at the beginning. Leijla had written that the place was open upon arrival, which was not the case. Unfortunately, the wifi information is also no longer correct, so I had to call Leijla to find out where the key is. This is very expensive if you don't have a local sim card. It would be helpful to update this information on Airbnb. Once this hurdle was overcome, it was just wonderful to enjoy the terrace and go bathing. Leijla was always easily accessible and helped further. The place is very nice, fundamentally equipped and not far from the restaurants. Above all, it's on the right side of the river, where the morning sun shines.

Marko is really a great host! The personal reception in the morning was perfectly arranged, with drinks in the fridge and a large fruit bowl… the mobile Wi-Fi router that Marko provided us with was worth its weight in gold - so we could easily make all his recommendations and tips - e.g. beaches, restaurants, sights, tours and places etc. were always a direct hit! Communication was impeccable! We had a wonderful week in Montenegro and it's all thanks to looking forward to the beautiful accommodation after our excursions and enjoying the evening on the terrace! Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

Wonderful spacious and clean apartments, there is everything you need for a family of four. The territory is beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery and so quiet that when you are grilling dinner on the grill you can hear the waves from the sea, which is a 10-minute walk away. Large grocery stores are a 10-minute drive away, restaurants are within walking distance. The owners live nearby and are very friendly and hospitable. Their unexpected gifts - delicious homemade rakia and fruits were very pleasant surprises. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to relax with family and friends.
