The property consists of a townhouse with a formerly functioning smokehouse attached, as well as a quiet and private garden. The house and the beautiful town form the perfect setting for a holiday on Bornholm.

Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlar's sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Enjoy the nature, the animals on the farm and the freedom of our small campsite in our own, brought tents and accessories. We are a small family of four who enjoy rural life along with our Icelandic horses, cows, chickens and cats. Cranes, several birds of prey, hare, deer, and deer, who would also like to stop by. You'll have access to our outdoor separation toilet, outdoor (cold) shower, and shared kitchen. Our diligent chickens lay fresh eggs for you every day. 6 km to the sea and fantastic swimming opportunities.

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.
