Stayed here with 7 girlfriends and had plenty of room. House was beautiful and being on the lake was incredible! Hot tub was clean and large. Bob was very responsive and flexible with check in. All the girls saved the listing as we all loved it!

absolutely amazing. the location is obviously right on the slopes, which is great. but the house itself is gorgeous and way more beutiful in person. kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need. perfect house for a great ski vacation. it was such a pleasure to stay there and I could not recommend it more.

We stayed at Barb’s place for a special birthday getaway and it couldn’t have been more perfect—lovely, peaceful, and full of charm. The warm, cozy space had everything we needed, and the surrounding forests added to the magic. A delicious treat on arrival made it all the more memorable. Highly recommended, we’ll be back!

Holly was an excellent host and her house was perfect for our stay. The house was huge, spacious, well equipped, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The bedding, furniture, and blankets/linens were comfortable, there was plenty of room and seating for our group to gather together for meals, and also lots of space to spread out. We spotted some eagles and lots of other birds from the nice lake view on the second floor. Holly made us feel very welcome with fresh flowers and snacks set out. She provided helpful updates and information throughout the stay without being overbearing. I have nothing but good things to stay and we would happily return.

What a wonderful getaway! The lake cabin, fire pit and lake views were perfect and exactly what we needed. It was quiet this time of year and the view of the falls leaves on the mountain were stunning! The cabin was clean and well-stocked. Communication was a breeze and the hosts lovely! We were so glad for this gem of a place and owners.

We had a wonderful time, and the place was perfect for our needs. Kayte was friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We were in town for the high school production of Mama Mia and could easily walk to the theater as well as town and shopping. We would absolutely love to stay here again, maybe for next year's play!?!

We had a really nice stay. The great room, with its huge windows and beautiful view, is stunning. The kitchen has everything you could want. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, we slept very well. Note that the bedroom has uncovered skylights and is open to the great room and kitchen below. We appreciated the night lights on the stairs, and all the fire/safety info. In April, there was sun on the garage-top patio until very late afternoon, and you get the view from there, too. Yarden sent us lots of recommendations ahead of time so we could make dinner reservations ahead of time. We are already talking about coming back again next year.

We had an amazing stay at “The Lake”! The house was spotless, and the quiet atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and the games provided endless fun for both kids and adults—Scrabble nights and life-size Jenga were highlights! It was the week before Labor Day weekend, and the lake was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Renting a boat made it feel like we had the whole lake to ourselves, which was a fantastic bonus. We loved the short drive to Harriet State Park for stunning views and hikes, and Mill Street Cafe became our go-to for breakfast and evening ice cream. The thoughtful welcome gift and note from our hosts made us feel right at home. We even spotted bald eagles and enjoyed breathtaking views of the Milky Way on clear nights. Highly recommend!

Our family of 6 + 1 dog had such a lovely stay. The home was beautiful, bright and airy. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and utensils. I brought my own stock pot and cast iron pan because rentals often furnish the kitchen with teflon coated cookware but this kitchen had stainless steel cookware. The fridge and oven were spotless and there were plenty of spices and olive oil available. SUNY Geneseo, Letchworth, and Stony Brook state park are all a quick 20-25 minute drive away.
