A TV (NPO Start + Netflix subscription), Wi-Fi, shower and toilet. Air conditioning and heating, and a small outdoor seating area. Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from the centre of Roermond and the outlet centre and is fully equipped. It has a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
