A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Easy access to little bayside beaches and the walking/cycling foreshore track are only metres from the house or alternatively wander into the CBD for dining , groceries and shopping . High Place Cottage is a well maintained cosy, 2 storey stone and timber cottage with 2 double bedrooms plus a 3rd room of 2 single beds set on 55 acres of eucalyptus forest with commanding views to Maria Island. An adult retreat in peace and serenity with a warm & cosy ambience located in Orford, the Gateway to the East Coast with plenty of cafes and beach side facilities. Triabunna is a short drive to its arts, culture, shops, cafes, famous fish & chip van, local pub and Maria Island ferry.
