We invite you to our 5 hectare ranch located in the village of Wolnica , next to the forest ,in the Krzczonów Landscape Park. Villa Jutrzenka dates back to 1912, was moved to Wolnica and restored 10 years ago. On 200 m2, 2 floors of Jutrzenki there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath room on the first floor, a toilet on the ground floor, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. We have two dogs and three cats.

The building is newly built in 2022, the unit has a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom, very close to two shopping malls Venus and M4, for active time within 7 minutes we will get to Avia Park.
