We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centre" paid zone). For those who come by car but don't plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option to rent a space in our garage (it's located about 800 metres from the apartment and costs an additional PLN 70/24 hours). In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.
