Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.
