The court is common to the owners. The parking is on the sidewalk, in front of the house, where there is video surveillance (the street is very little trafficted). Recommended for family with children. Easy access to the main tourist attractions in the area: Râşnov Citadel, Dino Parc, Bran Castle, Poiana Braşov, etc.

Casa a fost resedinta din Brasov a primului ministru Radescu din anii '40, deci are un caracter istoric. Inauntru, casa este amenajata rustic modern, cu toate cele necesare. Magazinul Lidl este peste drum.Cartierul este linistit, pe dealul Cetatii, cu privelisti frumoase. Poiana Bv este la 30 de minute cu masina.
