Grande piscine privée à partager avec les propriétaires. La villa "Amazonas" est située dans un périmètre royal, donc extrêmement sécurisé. Stationnement facile. L'appartement se situe à moins de deux kilomètres du bord de mer, en plein centre-ville, à proximité de toutes commodités. Il est juste à côté d'un grand rond-point qui distribue sur tous les principaux axes routiers... Il accueille principalement un couple (2 personnes), mais dispose de couchages pour trois personnes supplémentaires sur les canapés du salon. L'appartement est très bien équipé (fibre optique, télé avec une multitude de chaînes étrangères en HD : françaises, espagnoles...).
