This is a very nice apartment big enough for 5 is very clean. The balcony is large and overlooks the pool. The residence is quiet with parking right in front of the property and security service to enter the complex. An elevator in case you have large suitcases. Fadoua the landlady is very kind. She welcomed us like we were family. She lives right next door and responded to all of our requests right away. It is discreet while being efficient. One of the best Airbnb we've done, thank you again for a lovely stay.

We are a family of 6 of which 1 baby, and had a great stay with Lamyae and Noureddine. Everything was as described and matched the pictures. The communication was really superr and also they were very involved and respond very quickly. Definitely recommended if you want to visit this area. We would like to say thank you to dear Lamyae and Noureddine for their hospitality and good care.

This was our second unit we booked with Wail and by far the best! We enjoyed pristine views of the water, close to all shopping and restaurants, and never spent a dime on taxis due to the perfect location near the Marina shops. Our tax driver had a hard time finding the exact address so best to give them the street address and then say you’re located next to Ibn Batouta Mall once you get your taxi! Amazing stay overall, great value and we will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mrs. Safaa's As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and attention. Mrs. Safaa was extremely responsive either before or during our stay, and took care to provide us with all the information we needed to make our stay go smoothly. The place is just perfect: tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal, located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a comfortable and carefree stay. Thanks again to Mrs. Safaa for this unforgettable experience. We hope to be back very soon!”

I would like to thanks marwa about her greeting’s since day one and she will make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. Her apartment simply a pearl in the sea, i can say that is super clean and decorated even more than a five stars hotel rooms or suites. As im a frequent traveller around the world i could say that is the best place i have stayed. Thank you marwa for your great hospitality and scuba diving recommendation. We spent 5 nights in El Sama' and was a very nice discovery. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and the renovation has been done with great taste. It's ideally located for strolling the medina. The terrace, which overlooks the city, is a wonder. Ibrahim was available for our entire stay. As for Raphael, he was very proactive before and during our stay: a big thank you to him for his advice and attention. El Sama' is the perfect house to discover this beautiful city of Chefchaouen.

We had a pleasant time getting acquainted with this part of Morocco, and Soal, her husband and his family, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We only speak English, and she was available every time we needed her, especially when we had a minor car accident right in front of the driveway! The house is huge and was accurately described in the posting. (Not always the case, we are discovering!) They seemed like family from the start, and I know we will be back there someday!

Quiet area, advisable if you stay here to have a car as no taxis pass by. Even so, Mr. del piso had no problem helping and calling taxis every time we needed him. Nearby there is a cafe where you have a good breakfast. The apartment is spotless.

The location where the accommodation is situated is perfect, it's closer to Mekkad while also being surrounded by stores and restaurants, the apartment was cozy and everything was squeaky clean! one thing I also loved is the communication of the host. I recommend!
