We had an amazing stay at Pukeatea Farm Stay! Julie is a lovely host, very friendly and helped us with all our queries promptly. Kids loved the pool & the garden. Would love to return if Julie would have us again! 10/10 would recommend! Was everything we expected and more.

Ruby was a great and was very proactive with instructions. The place was spacious and had great entertainment with the spa, pool, and pool table.

We loved our stay here, an incredibly private and peaceful location perfect for a weekend away from the city. House is spacious, well appointed and was easy to keep warm. Really comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, couldn’t fault a thing. The community facilities, whilst we didn’t use them, are a great addition. Hope to be back soon! Thank you

We had an amazing experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, or stunning view made it even better. The location was ideal Gina was incredibly she was responsive, friendly, accommodating. They ensured my stay was comfortable and were quick to answer any questions. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting city . It’s perfect for families. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Great place. Very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Nice to have the space upstairs and down so family not always on top of each other. . Upper level deck has lovely view of Lake Taupo. Lovely birds in the trees. Easy to find property. Shops within easy walking distance and near new larger shopping centre.

Très belle maison, bien équipée. Literie confortable. Nous avons aimé notre séjour et en particulier de prendre le petit déjeuner en famille sur la terrasse qui donne sur un grand jardin arboré.

We stayed for one night while travelling down the North Island. The house was easy to access and was fully fenced which was ideal as we have a dog and 2 young children. The place was clean and tidy and was family friendly.

The photos don’t do this place justice! Perfect location for a vacation with kids as there is no road to cross between the house and lake. Fabulous homage to the 1970s with a few modern twists and lots of “oh my grandma had one of those” treasures in the kitchen. Simple, airy, and an unbeatable location.

This place was perfect for our stay! We had 6 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from town. Jason and Serena were incredibly helpful and made everything easy. Highly recommend this spot for families!

Belinda was a responsive and conscientious host. Everything was well set up for our arrival, including plenty of firewood and a fire guard to keep the kids safe. The place was as described and ideal for our weekend away. She was also friendly and accomodating with our last minute queries and requests. Thank you Belinda!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clint was a great and helpful host. We used this place as a base to do the Tongariro Crossing hike. A quick 20 minute drive to the car shuttle parking lot for the hike. Clint also suggested some nice beaches nearby. It was great to have the whole house to ourselves.

3 generations of adults and all loved this property. It had everything we needed, the fire and plenty of wood was a lovely bonus. Beds super comfortable, and nice having plenty of bathrooms. Overall an enjoyable weekend, even the weather was superb, allowing the family to do the gondola and walks on the mountain. a lovely Cosy home with very nice furniture

My husband and I (along with our 1yr old) thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ohakune and by extension Sue & Bev's place. The house was easy to find and perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was well set up so we could stay in and cook one night. Equally, we were close enough to town that we could drive 5min and eat out. The heating worked a treat so we didn't notice the evening cold air and we had no problem with outside noises (the train noise mentioned by another guest is a non event). Sue & Bev were also very accommodating and we appreciated the early check in. The highlight for my husband was hearing the stags roar at the deer farm located within walking distance.
