Vacation rentals with a patio in Taounate Province

The house is beautiful, just like in the photographs, it has many details such as swabs, brush, dryer, hair tweezers, iron, coffee capsules, sugar... it has everything and more, it is taken care of to the utmost detail. We would definitely repeat.

Karim was there for us to show the Apt, helpful and always reply to our questions, good person, convenient location from CTM BUS or Train station, say if TAXI will use meter it is about 7 to 10 Derham With out meter Max you should pay 20D From CTM OR TRAIN.. Nice and safe area. lots of Taxi out side the Building, Grocery store (Marjan super market) right in front of the building Exit , you can buy Meat, Chicken, veg too. .Lots of fast food restaurant on walking distance . Asmae was so nice and responsive. She helped us check-in super late at night and made sure we had everything. The place is very close to the train station and walkable to many cafes. The place was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

Great place We had an issue with the master bathroom door it was locked from out side should have this checked but other than this house is amazing

The host and his daughter Imane, were very friendly and always attentive to us. The accommodation was the same as the photo and is located 1 min from the Puerta Azul which is full of restaurants and everything you want. We had an excellent stay! Thank you Amine! Someday let's come back

Extremely large and beautifully furnished apartment. Close to shopping. Nice contact with Amine and contact persons on site. Parking right in front of the house entrance. Highly recommended for groups and families.

A great Riad and great hosts!! The welcome was warm and very professional, they are attentive to each of your requests. Their recommendations are great and the place is magical, quiet and peaceful. We went there during the winter but the rooms are well heated, the infrastructure is new and of quality (hammam, jacuzzi...). The terrace overlooks the entire medina and is very well planted (jasmine, olive trees...) We didn't want to leave Thanks again Abdelali, Omar and the whole team!! See you soon, inchallah!

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

I recently had the joy of living in a lovely traditional house, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the classic architecture and inviting front porch welcomed us home. The interior features beautiful hardwood floors and elegant moldings that add to its charm. The spacious living room, complete with a fireplace, became our favorite gathering place for family and friends. Each bedroom has its own unique character, with plenty of natural light and comfortable spaces for relaxation. Overall, this traditional house has been a perfect blend of comfort and charm. It truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm and inviting place to live!

We stayed with 10 friends in the Riad . Everything went great, quiet, comfortable rooms, the little ones better for 1 person, the 2 very large even for 3 people . Great for breakfast Fatima that prepares good manicaretti. Great, to recommend .

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

I appreciated Ahmed's responsiveness although I had a difficulty booking. He was able to help me book right away. I rested well, I wish I could have stayed ok for a long time because the setting is green, peaceful, all nearby. The SPA at the foot of the building is a major asset to relax and take care of yourself. Delightful restaurants all around. Wow a host present. Security and security allow for a real release. They responded to all our requests. Thank you and looking forward to coming back

The apartment is better than expected, nice and clean. Location is walkable to many places of interest, train station is 8 minutes walk. Ahmed and his partner Ouadie are very quick response to my questions. Recommended, will be back when have a chance.

We stayed at the place for a week and loved it from the start. At the key handover, we were repeatedly encouraged to contact us immediately in case of questions or problems. Both the apartment and the house and surroundings were very clean and pleasant. In front of the house is a nice cafe overlooking a well-kept park. When there were internet issues from Morocco due to the blackout in Spain due to supporting electricity deliveries from Morocco, but I urgently needed the internet professionally, the owner immediately offered every possible support. In the immediate vicinity there are cafés, smaller supermarkets and restaurants. A larger restaurant selection is about 10 minutes away in the Ville Nouvelle and of course in the medina, which can also be reached very quickly by taxi (cost about €2/ride). All in all 100% recommended – we'd love to come back!

We loved our stay here. The hosts Ahmad and Ouadie are super helpful and kind gentleman who assured me as females we would have no problems. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere from here and plenty taxis around outside.

The appartement is so cosy, clean and beautiful. It’s well situated and the access is secure. The host was also very helpful and polite.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.
