Peace in the countryside in Somerniemi

In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

The size of the apartment is 34m2, also a glazed balcony with an electric grill in use. Small dogs allowed.

In the yard you will find a large swimming pool where you can swim and refresh yourself. The covered terrace has a gas grill available and plenty of space for dining. The evening sun shines on the terrace. The courtyard is spacious and sheltered. The house in the yard is uninhabited and there are no neighbors nearby. You will find king size (160cm) beds from both of the two bedrooms and one pull out couch in the living room. Sauna and shower facilities are located at the other end of the villa with direct access to the terraces, jacuzzi and along the wooden path to the pier. Note! Beach & terrace with amazing views to the south. Next to the main house, under the same roof, is a traditional wooden sauna annex with both indoor and outdoor cooling areas. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula.

The house is equipped with modern amenities, while retaining the atmosphere of an old house. In the large garden you can enjoy a summer day on the terrace or in the shade of apple trees.

Villa Muurla is perfect place to host family / business gatherings. There are 5 +1 bedrooms, huge living room + dining area and big outdoor terrace. Villa has kitchen and gas grill on terrace. There are also 2 bathrooms + one sauna. There is air conditioning and Villa is newer hot and 2 fire places to keep it warm in winter times. There are 12 beds with linen supplied by the host. During cristmas times we welcome businesses to have their small Christmas party at Villa Muurla.

Kaurisranta, Cabin at the lake Oinasjärvi

Two-story 128 m2 log cabin on the lakeside just one hour from Helsinki. The cottage has municipal water, toilet on the ground floor, and air condition. Cottage around 120m2 with a terrace. Access to the downstairs of the cottage is from the outside. Upstairs, room height approx. 4 m. Child-friendly beach area. In the summer, the rent includes 2 paddleboards and a rowing boat. Cleaning and towels are not included in the rental price.
