The apartment offers a bright and comfortable living space with direct access to the balcony, creating a perfect connection between indoors and outdoors. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds. A fifth guest (child) can stay on the sofa bed for an additional €15 per night. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as WiFi and a TV, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. Additional features include a private parking space (No. 48) and elevator access. Prices are based on 4 guests. Keyholding service: Available daily from 9:00 to 20:00. For key return or collection outside of these hours, a supplemental fee of €10 per hour applies after the office closes. Please note that key handover is not available after midnight.
