Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment im Erdgeschoss eines Stadthauses am Radweg Berlin-Kopenhagen. Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. In unserem Haus hat der Schriftsteller UWE JOHNSON seine Schuljahre verbracht. Wir (Sylvie &Tobias) freuen uns auf freundliche Gäste und heißen sie herzlich willkomen.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

In einem winzigen ruhigen Dorf zwischen Wiesen und Feldern befindet sich auf einem großen Hof ohne direkte Nachbarn ein ökologisch gebautes Baumhaus zwischen zwei Baumkronen. Es ist gedämmt, mit Küche und Heizung ausgestattet und groß genug um dort auch länger Urlaub zu machen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Leute die einen gemütlichen Platz mit Ruhe und Natur suchen. Hier kann man wunderbar runterkommen und alle Hektik hinter sich lassen.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Thatched-roof house on the lake! An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a scenic location is our second vacation home on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberg lakes in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can unwind on a 1600 square meter,green overgrown end property. Rosenow is nicely secluded but central to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.
