It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an outdoor patio, with hammock and lounge area.

It also has a large roof terrace where you can sunbathe or go up to eat outdoors. With all amenities such as a washing machine, oven, built-in microwave, air conditioning, and a rain shower. With two facades, it is an apartment with lots of light.

This is our flat with amazing views and a very spacious terrace, where you can enjoy meals, sunbathing, relaxing, socialising with seats for all of these activities. Our flat is family friendly, with a bedroom spacious bedroom that fits also a baby cot ( provided by us). Newly refurbished, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwaves, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet.

It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
