“Andy and Becky greeted us with great kindness in their house and were accommodating on the check-in time. It feels like home. The proximity to the Caminito del Rey is ideal (20 min by car). The breakfast on the patio was nice for a more than modest price (3,5 € / person)”
Beautiful studio of 35m2 at 800m from the center of the picturesque town of Álora. You will have wonderful views of the town, its Arab castle and the Guadalhorce Valley. A 20-minute drive away is El Chorro and Caminito del Rey and, from here, some of the best walking routes in the area begin. The apartment has independent entrance and direct access to the pool and barbecue. I live in the big house, on the other side of the patio, and I will be at your disposal for everything you need.
“I would recommend everyone to stay in Patricia’s beautiful home! She is a wonderful host with the two cutest dogs. My friend and I fell in love with the place right away. The view, the city, the nature and the hospitality were just some of the things that made our stay in Patricia’s home perfect. The drive to the house were a bit challenging, but we were met with good directions and a helping hand. The facilities were all great and we could cook our own food, make coffee, etc. which was great. If we felt like it, we could walk to the city, which is only a 15 minute walk from the house. A stay with Patricia is a good way to experience the local mountain cities in Spain!”
This charming house has a large pool, BBQ facilities and spectacular views of the mountains of Malaga and Andalucia. It is situated close to El Chorro and between Alora and Valle De Abdalajis. Perfect for couples.
“Our stay at Rebecca and Raymond was amazing! They were wonderful hosts. We loved our little house and our guard dog Gimli who brought us all of the rocks! The house was very tidy and had everything one need when on holiday. The space near the pool was huge and the beach hut with the bbq was very nice! We loved that it was well thought out and had plenty details you might not notice, like a filed fridge and perfect internet connection near the pool. We had all the privacy and even tho you share the public spaces with an other house 250m down the road we rarely saw the other guests. Kitchen and beds were good and the shower was really great. We liked that you quickly notice you don’t need much more than a good book, sun and cold glass of wine. (And a strong mind to resist the urge of throwing Gimli’s rock.) A small tip for those who visit, remember this house is deep in the countryside and the road uphill is a bit tricky if you have a low car. We had an upgrade to a convertible from the car rental but it turned out to be an awful car to go trough the uneven road uphill. Most cars will do but some ground clearance is a welcome feature. In conclusion, great place! I would recommend it to everyone!”
