We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Downtown Tecumseh Loft; French Cozy Escape!

Located right in the heart of Downtown Tecumseh with a street view, our French studio apartment is charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Pets welcome!

The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

Enjoy a whole house on a quiet street with your pets or children, within walking distance to downtown Saline and a short drive to Ann Arbor and all its attractions. *** I do have an online business that I do the shipping out of the basement at the house. There is a separate entrance and I will text when I am going to be down in the basement. It would only be during the week (between 11-4), not every day and usually less than a half hour. ***

This cozy upstairs apartment makes for a great get-a-way for one day or for a week! There are two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and the other large room has a king size bed with plenty of room to spare. Each bedroom has a window AC unit. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The spacious bathroom includes towels, washcloths, and washer and dryer. Living area is spacious and has a Smart TV.
