Vacation rentals with a patio in Tehama County

Insanely cool place to stay and so close to Chico! We will def be back…. Bedroom/ bed : soooo good!

This is a beautiful & peaceful location. Very private & quiet. I loved doing afternoon yoga on the back patio & enjoyed my morning coffee out there as well as I watched the sun rise. We had some internet issues early on, but Angelleyna was very responsive & got it rectified immediately. Would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us this way!

This beautiful newer home was extremely clean and in a nice location out in the country yet close to the freeway. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a minor need and the Joel fulfilled it quickly and generously. His communication was excellent. We felt well taken care of. There were plenty of paper products, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry and hand soap. We didn't need to buy anything but our own food. We would recommend this home and would stay there again.

Madison was a fantastic host! The house has been remodeled beautifully. It was spotless. We used every bed but the bunks with 6 people. The yard and river are so nice. We had ages 16+ there- the deck stairs and close proximity to the river aren’t ideal for little kids but otherwise inside is all one level and very family friendly. My family lives in Ref Bluff and I love the down town. A few good shops and restaurants but still feels nice and small and safe.

Very peaceful, felt like you were in the country yet 10 minutes from most anything. The hot tub was really nice on the cold night as well. The master bed was nice and the double sink was great too. Only thing that I didn’t care for was the flooring was warping in the kitchen and hall, the gate needs some attention.

I’m reluctant to leave a review regarding this hidden gem because sometimes I can be selfish; however, since I am unable to perma-vacation, I guess I’ll let you in on this secret too. First of all, the Host is absolutely incredible.! Instructions to get in were clear. She always responded to my messages promptly and is so kind every time. She also is very laid back and has a phenomenal sense of humor. The room was exceptionally clean. Smelled great. No dust. Basic provisions provided. Super cute and spacious. The property is beyond beautiful! So quiet and peaceful. The sunsets are amazing and the stars are like no other. (Slept cozily through sunrise) I had the property to myself for the week and was able to work on my personal healing as well as training for my two pups without having to worry about annoying someone with repetitive commands. The puppies loved the property so much, they demanded I extend my stay. Other rooms here look great as well so I will be checking those out.

I love Steve’s place… the drive as you get off the freeway was so scenic with rolling hills, the birds trees, and the river. The home itself is perfect for my family of 6 and two dogs. The view of the sunset on the deck was gorgeous! The whole home is so dog-friendly which made it the perfect get-away for us since it was the first road trip for Belle, our pet Boxer puppy. The music loft in the master bedroom is an extra charm especially for musicians out there. Thanks Steve for a beautiful stay in your home. We definitely would love to come back in the future!

We had an amazing stay. Exactly what we needed for our group. Tiffany is very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful, peaceful spot. I definitely recommend this property for family gatherings. It was perfect.
