We have 4 Airbnb homes. This one is the Cowboy Guesthouse, adjacent to another Airbnb. It's just a small little place that will sleep one, maybe two if you like sleeping close. It's basically a bedroom and bathroom in it's own individual 112 SF building. It has a freshly remodeled bathroom with a new sink, toilet and shower. Also a fridge, coffee pot, TV and microwave. Our other Airbnb homes are the Cowboy Bunkhouse, Foothills Creekside Condo and the Foothills Hacienda. Something for everyone!

Welcome Winter Visiters, Border Patrol, Nurses, and contractors, Shaded Parking, Boat parking, 1/2mi to I-8 22 to Mexico 28 to Martinez lake, 31 mi to YPG. Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy. Enjoy your stay at this modern pool home in Yuma! This property features 2 large master suites, each room has a king bed and sofa bed. Kitchen has high end built in cooktop and ovens, also all brand new appliances. Living room is extra spacious. 3 car garage. This house is near the foothills library, foothills golf courses, the sheriffs station, the I-8. Outside features fire-pit, pool, bbq grill, sitting areas, fruit trees, and more!
