The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

In the room with kitchenette there is a corner sofa, which can be used as a sleeping option when folded out (about 140 cm wide). The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Soap/shampoo and towels are provided.
