Я арендовал квартиру примерно на полтора месяца и в высшей степени доволен этим местом. Квартира уютная, обжитая, чистая, и в ней есть все необходимые принадлежности как для краткосрочного, так и долгосрочного пребывания. В плане расположения тоже все хорошо: метро буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы и множество магазинов, кафе и ресторанов поблизости. Из окон открывается прекрасный вид на другой берег Куры и на близлежащие горы. Отдельно хочу отметить гостеприимство и отзывчивость хозяев: они всегда готовы помочь, подсказать; общение происходило легко и дружелюбно. Очень рекомендую этот вариант, и спасибо Владимиру за гостеприимство!

Nestled in the mountains.. a beautiful place where you can find a lot of peace..

Si vous avez la chance de louez cet appartement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Un mot: Génial. Un vrai coup de foudre pour moi. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour cuisiner. L'espace est parfait pour un couple. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Marchands de fruits et légumes, pains et boulangerie, sentiers de randonnées. La station de metro Rustaveli est a 10 min a pied. Petit conseil, l'appart se situe dans un endroit très pentu. Il faut être un minimum en forme, ou on le devient.

I stayed here for about a week – cooked, worked, and rested. The location is convenient: grocery stores, the city center, and restaurants are within walking distance. Taxis arrive quickly, and food delivery works well. Overall, I liked everything, but a few things could make the stay even more comfortable: sharper knives, removing cookware that isn’t compatible with the induction stove (as it can be confusing), a shower curtain or bath mat, and more ambient lighting for the evenings. That said, the place is cozy and convenient, so I’d still recommend it! 😊

The building and the surroundings where the apartment is located are very modern comparing to other areas of Tbilisi city The apartment is exactly as it is on the pictures and matches the description. There is a very nice view from the balcony. The host is very responsive and friendly. There are very nice shops, cafes, fitness clubs, parks, etc nearby

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Hütte ist äußerst ruhig gelegen und lädt zur Erholung ein. Für ein gemütliches Kaminfeuer lag ebenfalls Holz bereit, das genutzt werden konnte. Perfekt, um den Aufenthalt abzurunden. Kleiner Tipp: unbedingt vorher einkaufen gehen, da der nächste Supermarkt ein Stück entfernt ist.

The place is better than the photos! We had a lovely stay at Megi's place. Everything was tastefully done and the location is brilliant. There are so many things to explore in every direction from the house. Megi is a great host and has responded to every question we had. I would highly recommend a trip to the Wine Gallery opposite to the stay.

Mako’s place exceeded my expectations! The apartment is beautiful, fresh, modern and super comfortable, with spacious rooms and designer details. The terrace is amazing! It is huge and overlooks the city. Location is central, easily accessed and surrounded by everything you might need. It’s a walking distance from all major attractions of Tbilisi. Will definitely stay again when I’m back to Tbilisi.
